I'm a 29 year old chick living in the South. I'm married to Kim - happily married most of the time. Our daughter is 8-year-old Bailyn. I work in the I.S. Department of a nearby hospital. Oh, and I'm a pagan living in the Bible Belt.

I love reading, cuddling with Kim and Bailyn, working with computers, playing The Sims 2, and waiting anxiously for the release of Sims 3.

Great-Aunt/Ears Pierced

2 Quick Notes!

I'm going to be a great-aunt. How freaking strange is that?! Not even 30, and my niece is having a baby! It's a boy. She's going to name him Justin Gerald, and he'll be here in late September.

Bailyn had a great time at camp. I had a devil of a time with the separation, but she seemed to handle it just fine. Not really a shocker, huh? She got her ears pierced again today. The last time she had it done was when she was 3. She ended up losing an earring in gymnastics, and I didn't buy a replacement quickly enough. I decided to wait a loooong while before doing it again. She's been asking more and more lately, so we decided to let her do it today. As far as barbaric customs go, I have to say....they're pretty. Just disgusting when you stop to consider that there is metal running a hole in her body. Ewwwww!
